"What we mean by pop music of the '90s is maybe not what everyone else thinks but it's pop to us."

My first U2 concert. Got there to queue for GA at 10am - it was BOILING - I was on my own and made the mistake of not taking anything other than water. No food til 12:30am when I got back home and it was boring as hell in the line - we had to sit on gravel. On the upside Everyone at gate H got a inner circle wristbad - I managed to get on the railing for the B stage - I got VERY close to Bono, Edge and Adam.

The queuing system was very good - Well done to Twickenham and the staff also provided free water.

Once we got in around 4:30 - we still had about 3 and a half hours for U2 to come on - support by Doves and Athlete was good, they had their good points though I would say I could not really hear much as the sound was pretty poor.

I would say it's pretty poor in general near the front. I have heard the raido broadcast and its pretty clear so it wasn't a dodgy mic or something.

Anyway the setlist was good - the first 10 songs or so went amazingly fast. The screen was frickin awesome and is amazing to watch - especially when it is dark.

No WOWY (With or without you) or Bad but we did get AIWIY (All I want is you). But in general brilliant- I had nothing to compare it with but it was all worth it in the end - I was totally shattered during the 2 hour tube ride home - but for those 2 and a half hours I forgot about the pain!

The crowd was mixed - I was generally standing around taking it all in while some were jumping like crazy.... and my camera broke down on me so I do not have many pictures :(

I would recommend catching a show if possible!
